This is not a social media feed — this is a business incubator. Treat it that way.
Every person in this community is on a different part of their journey. Treat everyone with professionalism, kindness, and respect — regardless of where they are in their business. Disrespect, condescension, and belittling will not be tolerated under any circumstance. We rise by lifting each other, not by tearing each other down.
This community is not a marketplace. Do not solicit services, promote your personal business, post affiliate links, or pitch products to other members without prior written approval from the CEO & Elevate team. Value-first contribution is always welcome. Self-promotion without permission is not.
What is shared inside this community stays inside this community. Do not screenshot, share, record, or redistribute any member's personal information, business details, financial data, or private conversations — inside or outside of the platform. Breaching a member's privacy is grounds for immediate removal.
This community thrives when members contribute — not just consume. Share your wins, ask meaningful questions, engage with content, and support your fellow CEOs. The members who grow fastest are the ones who show up consistently and invest in the people around them. A rising tide raises all ships.
The CEO & Elevate framework works — if you work it. Shortcuts, quick-fix thinking, and get-rich-quick mentalities have no place in this space. We are building sustainable, scalable businesses that stand the test of time. Trust the framework, do the work, and stay the course.
Everyone in this space started somewhere. Celebrate wins — big and small. Offer encouragement. Never minimize another member's progress. This is a judgment-free zone where every step forward is worth acknowledging. We are all Executors here, and Executors build each other up.
All communication inside this community must be professional, constructive, and appropriate. Profanity, aggressive language, heated personal exchanges, and inflammatory posts are not welcome here. If you have a concern, bring it directly to the CEO & Elevate team.
If you share business, financial, or legal insight with other members, ensure it is accurate and clearly framed as personal experience — not professional advice. Do not share misleading information, unverified claims, or content that could cause financial or reputational harm to another member.
The following behaviors will result in immediate removal from the CEO & Elevate community without warning and without refund, at the sole discretion of Peace & Harmony Management.
For minor or first-time violations, the member receives a direct warning from our team outlining the issue and the required correction.
For repeated or more serious violations, the member may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed by our team.
For severe violations or failure to correct behavior after warning, the member will be permanently removed without refund. No appeals.
